Limited travel grants are available to support students who require financial assistance to attend the IEEE EPS Summer School 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Application Process

First complete your Summer School registration via the main registration link.

Have the Following Ready

Your full name, email address, phone number, IEEE membership status and number (if applicable), and whether you are an IEEE EPS member.

Submit the Application

Fill in the travel grant application form using the link below. Ensure all fields are completed accurately.

Await Review

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will be notified by email within 7 working days of submission.

You must have completed your event registration before submitting a grant application.
